Lifeguard Clothing
A lifeguard will need clothing to wear - not just a swimsuit. They will need to have tee shirts. Most pools will have nice white tee shirts with red printed on them indicating a staff member or lifeguard. It is a good idea to let people know who the lifeguards are and part of that is getting them the right tee shirt.
In addition, the hot sun isn't good for you to sit in all day. A good hat will help keep the sun off. Many lifeguards have a baseball style cap that matches their lifeguard outfit. It would be better if there were wide brimmed hats available, but lifeguards never wear wide brimmed hats (so sad).
Lifeguards also need to have footwear. Lifeguards like slip ons that to not go through the toes. The sandals should be very easy to take off and on because of the lifestyle of the job.
The accessories that are popular are hip packs to carry medical supplies, a whistle, a whistle lanyard, and a rescue tube.
